Supported living development secured

Working in conjunction with its valued supported living partner and Local Authority, Bespoke Construction Services is embarking on the development of 11 one-bedroom, single-storey dwellings in central Telford, designed and built for the needs of vulnerable adults and offering independent living and homes for life.

With sustainability and energy conservation a key feature of the development, all dwellings have solar panels, air source heat pumps, mechanical ventilation heat recovery systems and are either A or B rated for EPC certification.

The development also features a staff hub, CCTV, extra wide door frames, wet rooms and many other features to ensure residents live fully supported but independent lives in the community.
