Project Update- St Chads Court, Birmingham

A significant milestone month at St Chads Court, Birmingham, where we are is delivering 233 student accommodation beds on behalf of Cassidy Group UK, with Mezzino preparing to welcome students for the September intake.

Over the past four weeks, more than 120 apartments have been snagged by the client, marking excellent progress as we move towards completion.

We’re also pleased to confirm that the substation is now live, with power successfully connected across all blocks. Furniture installation has now been completed in four of the five buildings, bringing the development to life.

Attention is now focused on Block E, the site’s historic listed building. Plastering and mist coating have been completed, with the final 12 apartments due to receive kitchens and furniture installations this week.

Externally, hard landscaping works commenced this week as we continue to work our way out of site and prepare the scheme for handover.
