Delivering a 233-bed student accommodation scheme has been a complex and demanding project, particularly given the requirements associated with the Grade II listed refurbishment, the installation of a sophisticated deep drainage attenuation system designed to withstand a 1-in-500-year storm event, and the challenge of achieving an EPC A rating.

With just weeks remaining, Bespoke Construction have successfully delivered the high standards required, and the project has now entered its final phase, with the team focused on completing the works to the required standard.

This represents a significant achievement and is testament to the dedication, expertise and collaborative effort of the entire project team. We are now in the final stages and look forward to bringing the scheme to completion.
