A major milestone for all involved at St Chads Court, with Practical Completion achieved and the scheme delivered on time and ready for the new student intake.

Delivering a project of this complexity within the programme was a significant challenge, requiring the team to maintain cost, quality and programme despite a volatile construction market.

St Chads brought together five very different blocks, the new-build blocks achieved EPC A, while two buildings are over 200 years old and Grade II listed. Refurbishment works to these historic buildings achieved EPC B, bringing them up to modern standards while respecting their listed character.
